I consider purchasind an AR envelope. One of these three models: C-030, C-035 (+env. gen.) C-041 (double).
I assume they all are based ot the same circuit. The question is - are they SNAPPY?
I have the Dual AD/AR Generator and consider it SNAPPY, 2 envelopes in 4HP is pretty good functionality for the space imo. Only problem is the knobs are a bit fiddly and small.

That module (Ladik C-041) is one of the reasons that I started to make these.
The little straws make the module so much more useful.

Very innovative!

I think if the module is carefully positioned it won't be a bother, and I do have rather big hands so don't be put off by my comments too much please.

I only have his Random module, but I like it. I think it’s a great little module for starting with random sequencing in a small module and it works well with others. It’s a very friendly module if that makes sense.

I reorganised my separate cases into one main system...
Well I still have a separate full 3x104 case and some spare modules on top of that which tend to fly around including two more sequencers but I now have all my current Ladik Modules into the one bigger multicase system

A video of the system is here, I did a small mod to the LC9s so I can have them tilted towards me at two set degrees (sitting, and standing use)...
https://youtu.be/N3v4HC5gVzM

But here are my 'RED' Ladik modules within the system.. I will eventually need more Ladik modules to have them on their own in a separate case... one day:)

I didn't place knobs on the M-175 mixer yet because I am thinking about getting different knobs for all the Ladik modules...

And... I have actually not used them much yet I hope to dig deeper into them shortly

Found a spot to put my L-010 Waveform Animator in a main case. It's so deep it only fits in certain slots without tickling the innards of most cases. I had only used this module a couple of times. It sounds huge. No controls, but two ins and two outs. Even with a digital source into it, it makes things huge and full of movement. I put an Erica Black Wavetable VCO into it. The BWV stock out and sub out into the two inputs of the L-010. Massive.

My next plan is to use the J-011 Joystick Math, an Intellijel Planar and a crossfader to feed audio into a Worng Soundstage and see how the sound moves around.

Ladik are innovative, affordable and addictive.

Ladik modules fill a lot of functional spaces in my rack. His work is compact, well-priced and highly useful. Customer service is excellent.

As a Ladikbrag, I've got:

2 x U-075 Dual Arcade Manual Gate/CV
1 x L-011 Waveform Animator
3 x S-090 Dual probability skipper
1 x S-189 Trig/Gate Delay
1 x U-202 V/oct to Hz/V converter (accompanies a Behringer K2)
1 x A-525 line-to-Eurorack level converter (also for the Behringer K2)
1 x L-122 Uncertain LFO
1 x L-121 Folding LFO
1x J-120 Comparator
1 x J-110 Derivator
1 x L-127 Delayed LFO
2 x P-060 Switches
1 x S-610 Composer N
1 x H-020 Harmonics Generator
1 x S-143 4-note generator
1 x C-011 Precision dual lag/slew limiter
1 x R-110 random triggers
1 x E-510 Envelope Follower

Most useful highlights from these, at my current stage of modular education:
- Probability skippers are the most useful for bring some sense of humanity/interest to intense patterns like hi-hats and more spaced-out triggers, like running a clock divider into a sample trigger
- The U-202 and A-525 are essential for integrating the K2, which is more about the shortcomings of Behringer's approach
- L-121 and L-122 are workhorses for irregular modulation
- Dual lag/slew limiter and envelope followers cover basic essential functions well
- L-011 fattens stuff up

I haven't explored the H-020 Harmonics Generator too much and I'm interested if anyone's found great pairings with this.

Would be interested to hear about experiences with the O-110 and O-210 oscillators. Considering getting one of each to form my basic synth voice.

Odd choice. So I guess one input should be (attenuated or) avoided?

its one input with 2 jacks. think of it like a multiple: you plug a signal to be processed to one jack, then you can run a cable from the other jack to another module for parallel processing. you should use a mixer if you want to send it more than one signal

^ Got it. Yeah, odd choice. I can say this... it thickens stuff up quite thickly. I am patching it into a VCA parallel to the original voice with a slow wave opening the VCA up at certain times to just make certain points of a line sound massive.

I love all of my Ladik and want more. I need to see whatever happened to my 'pass along' of the Timbre Modulator.

Thanks for the info very much.

I have the O 210, alongside many other Ladiks.

It’s a very nice standard osc IMO. Not flashy, but stable and reliable. Very nice triangle and PWM, nicely set up with plenty of control. No sine wave. I think the 110 has that covered though.

Have you played around with the Lin FM? There are a only a couple of demos on Youtube.

does anyone ordered from Canada????

I purchased a module from ladik 1 month ago, haven't got it yet, and the tracking never showed any activity in a month!!!!!

....it is my 1st order from them, I emailed and asked about it but only got the tracking number.

I know they are legit but I am sick of waiting having paid 1 month ago. Packages comes faster from China.

That sounds like the package might have gotten lost in the mail somehow. I'm in the U.S., not Canada, but I ordered from him 8 days ago and got my module today (along with a cable holder, a cable, and extra knobs).

My one Ladik module (A-545 input) is also a big challenge to my less than impressive case. His stuff is built like a tank, it seems, with few concessions to our weaknesses.

Oh well, I stuck it up on stand-offs until I could move it to a deeper spot, and it performs very nicely too. No regrets, I'd happily add more of his stuff to my system when I get a deeper case, it's refreshingly low bullshit.

^ I don't think very many of the Ladik modules are that deep. I should have checked more because the info is out there. Most of the Ladik modules are fairly shallow. I currently have 8 Ladik modules (and gave one away) and this L-010 is the only one that is remotely 'deep'' to me. But it is DEEP. Sounds really good for the money. It reminds me of the backing on the opening chord of 'Cars' by Gary Numan. Doepfer 'low cost' wood cases are a good fit.

I asked for a refund. Hope he moves fast on that.

I just recently ordered the speaker from him. I got it in about 2 weeks to Ontario. He also included a small patch cable rack and one short patch cable very nice of him. It's probably lost in the mail...hope things work out for you.
