Me too. I had some troubles with their website and send them an email outside business hours. 10 minutes later I got a mail back and everything was resolved. I didn't even order that much and they threw in a free module as an extra. If the GBP/EUR rate doesn't go up too much it's definitely my go-to shop.

I have a couple of questions about a US (cyber) shop. I am looking at an item (the new Nifty Bundle by Cre8tive) that is out of stock everywhere and so every other shop listed by the vendor that sells their stuff says pre-order or out of stock. Except one - Westlake. So 1) did this ever make it to stores? and 2) If so and everyone else is listing it of stock, does this vendor have a rep for not having that on their website and thus you find out after ordering that you have to wait?

What are people's experience?

Didn't this used to be a sticky?

It's quite hard to find, now.

Utility modules are the inexpensive, dull polish that makes the expensive, shiny modules actually shine - and stops them tarnishing too!!!

United Kingdom

I think this site should be added to the list, for the UK:

Pusherman
PCBs and Panels for Eurorack DIY Synth Builders

https://pushermanproductions.com/

It's mostly DIY oriented, with panels, kits and some ready made modules. There's a lot of Mutable Intruments clones, and near clones.

I've mostly bought panels, so far, because they're definitely something I can't make a good job of myself.

I've seen it discussed, but for some reason it hasn't yet made it to the list.

(Thread stickiness achieved. Thanks... presumably to Joe, unless someone had already done it by then...)

A new modular synth shop in Denver, Colorado has opened! Luigi's Modular Supply has a storefront and online ordering. He manufactures cables and has a small but growing selection of Eurorack modules. Check the website for hours of operation.

https://luigismodularsupply.com/

If you're in Denver, Luigi is having a grand opening event at the store on September 14.
Good news / Bad news for those of you in Denver...
https://luigismodularsupply.com
We made it back from NAMM alive and “nammthrax” free, so its time for another update!

Over the last year we have forged some amazing relationships with our customers, and it is with great sadness that we announce the closing to Luigi’s Modular Supply’s Retail location and online store.

We went to the NAMM show to get feedback from other manufacturers, and distributors, and hopefully establish a supply chain for our products into retail stores. This did not pan out. We got some amazing feedback from everyone, but in the end, there were no interested parties. No one wanted to carry “just accessories” since most modular manufacturers also make their own cables.

So what does that mean for us?

Well its not all bad news. We have been working with a few large studios around the world, helping them outfit their studios with modules and cables, as well as offering some consulting and guidance on everything from custom furniture, racks, recording equipment. So that means we are still here, trying to help people anyway we can!

This Saturday January 26th 12 noon to 4pm , we will be having a blowout on the remaining inventory in our retail location, before moving it back to the basement at the Hobbit House (with all the rest of the inventory :) ). From there we will continue to work as a liaison to our manufactures and larger customers.

We want to thank everyone who visited the store, purchased on line, and hung out with us at events with us. We had a great time doing what we did, and have NO regrets!

We hope someday, the Denver will get its modular store that it deserves, and know that when it happens, we will be there to shop as well!

Thanks again all

This is Luigi…. signing off.

Here's a project I've been working on that I wanted to share with you... It's an interactive world map where you can find physical shops with Eurorack modules that you can see/touch/demo/buy. "Brick and mortar" shops go the extra mile with demo modules, employees, rent, etc. and deserve additional recognition, IMO. This list is compiled using all the info in this thread and lots of poking around on the web. Currently the map includes 83 shops. Please let me know of any additions or corrections.
https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewe ... gfSeJ6wVIG

A few notes:
  • As noted, in the legend: "Check website for hours, since many shops keep limited hours and may require an appointment."
  • Click the shop name in legend to get details about the shop (city, country, URLs, address, phone #, photos). Where possible I've included the Instagram URL for additional photos.
  • Click the magnifying glass icon at the top left to search the map for shops in a particular city, state/region, or country
  • I've also included Make Noise, Pittsburgh Modular, and Siam Modular since they accept visitors with appointments
  • For those in Salt Lake City, be sure to visit Squarewave Sound today or tomorrow, since they are closing up their physical shop tomorrow (Feb 1) :waah:

Thanks - I didn't realize they carried such stuff. I bought my first synth from them eons ago - still have it.

Perfect Circuity Audio,

If you criticize their service or say something critical or negative about them in an online forum, they will refuse to do business with you (even if you take down your critique).

That's their right, but I expect to be treated better after I've dropped 5-figures with someone.

Added three more physical shops* to the map:

- Synth Library (Portland, Oregon, US)
- Synth Library (Prague, Czech Republic)
* both Synth Libraries don't sell, but have Eurorack modules to see/touch/demo
