If you leave the disting mk4 on a single algorithm and ignore additional parameters for its entire lifetime, you have a module with two knobs, three input jacks, and two output jacks. The function of those knobs and jacks can be easily memorized.

And what's crazy is for 75%+ of its algorithms, it's still a very cost effective module even if you did dedicate it to a single function.

Loving the contrabass clarinet. You do like your low notes.
Now I understand why you demoed the audio-to-CV convertor with clarinet sounds.

I've used close to half, although a lot of those were just like, "Well, let's see what *this* does..." rather than an actual need. On a day-to-day basis I use like 6-10 algos on the regular, but it's really great knowing all that other stuff is there when I need it. Like the other day, I realized I needed a compressor to get some stuff to sit correctly and, hey, Disting has a compressor!

Does anyone know what kind of knobs are used on the Disting Mk. 4? I scratched up one of mine pretty severely during a panel-swap and I'd like to get another. I know that most knobs fit for a 6mm splined shaft will work, but I'd rather get an original if possible.
