Two batumis, and I almost bought a third. I hardly know what im doing, but aside from the modulation, there are so many cool weird configs: 8 vco drone, fm-ing itself, clocks, clock dividers, two types of random... i know im barely scratching the surface.

4MS RCD + Breakout x2
Malekko Wiard XMIX x2
Malekko Richter Envelator x2
Make Noise Wogglebug x2
(one is MKI and the other is MKII though)
Make Noise Optomix x2
Sputnik Oscillator x2
Sputnik 6 Channel Stereo Mixer x2

I would like to have multiples of a lot more of my modules. I think a pair of sequencers would be great for getting more exciting results (and less functionality to memorize vs having different models).

2 x Disting mk4, makes sense since Disting can do 80+ things but only one at a time.

3 x Dreadbox WL Attenuator, perfect companion for Xaoc Batumi (I’m not using the expert firmware).

2 x Happy Nerding 3xMIA, simple, cheap and cheerful mixers are always useful.

2 x ALM PNW, I have two cases so I need a master clock and rhythm maker for each.

2 x Takaab 3LFO, the cheapest LFO module in production? $15 per separate LFO? I’m in. 🙂

2 x Klavis Logica XT, inovative, clever, cheap and cheerful logic module, one for each case.

3 x Klavis Mixwitch, one of the loveliest modules that I’ve ever used; I love it for hocketing among many other uses.
New modular track with a ton of FM cross modulation and drum synthesis. 🔥

Intellijel Tetrapad X2 (one connected to a Tete) - This is the heart of my system now, along with a Planar2. This combo makes a perfect control surface to bring playability and improvisation to patches. I may have to get another Tete though... ;)

Intellijel Shapeshifter X2- What can I say. The most incredible sound source I've used also happens to be an amazing fx processor (delay/comb/glitchy wavetable shaper/vocoder) AND an amazing source of complex CV modulations.

Intellijel OR X2 - I keep one in the case and one as a "floater". Combining gates and triggers make for great patches and sequences. Simple passive module, but very useful.

Whoa! Careful with those two. You might get enough complex feedback to open a gateway to hell.

Could you explain what hocketing is and how do you set it up?
I could extend the applications list in the manual :-)

I used to really be opposed to the idea of duplicates. Now I have a couple smaller cases and one is very specifically set up with a duplicate/stereo approach:

2 W/
2 Sport Mods
2 Plonks

All total I have 3 Sport Mods and (soon) 3 Samaras - so that my larger case can still have a Sport Mod and I've just really come to appreciate the Samara. I also have 2 Warnas which I find a super useful utility.

I just learned the word for the quite obvious technique (obvious when using the Mixwitch anyway) where different voices alternate in performing the same melody.

Most obviously you send a 1v/o signal to an oscillator and send the different waveforms to Mixwitch to switch between them. I like to create way more diverse voices by sending the waveforms through different filters, effects and so on, before they are sent to the Mixwitch.

2 x Happy Nerding 3xMIA, simple, cheap and cheerful mixers are always useful. .
i once had a thread open, asking for a replacement for the IJ Triatt.
Now, i followed your pointer to the 3xMIA, and i have right now:
9x 3xMIA :hihi: / thats the highest count of a module i ever had !

it has changed how i patch. Its such a useful module ! :goo:
For sale / reduced prices ( swiss (we are NON-EU)/ in case it makes sense_ EU/WW)(CHF +- = $):
lowered prices: Dotcom Q960: 650.- / Q119: 420 / ( i also have one or much likely two 19" Frames)
ATV A-Frame incl. Accu and Bag: 830.-, like new, quasi unused.

Very cool. I had no idea what hocketing meant. I like the Acid Rain Switchblade for similar uses, but that Mixwitch looks sweet.

While I'm here, there are a few doubles between a few cases: Pam's (almost mandatory in any rig), Clouds, Warps w/Parasites, FX Aid, and Veils.
