all the answers are here:

https://github.com/Chysn/O_C-HemisphereSuite/wiki

there's a built in 5 step sequencer - there might be others, i don't know - expand the menu to the right to see all the options

Utility modules are the inexpensive, dull polish that makes the expensive, shiny modules actually shine - and stops them tarnishing too!!!

Is there a way to save the applets and applet settings so that they default once you boot the module?

It's the encoder you need to press and hold twice, not the little button.

https://github.com/Chysn/O_C-Hemisphere ... structions

Admittedly this is a pointless distinction on the original because both of the small buttons are on the right. I feel like most people have uO_C these days though.

Hi, I’m wondering if Hemisphere has a simple cv sequencer? I’m looking for something to sequence states and snake patterns on my René. Thanks !
There are several options, including Sequence5, “A”SR, CVRecorder, The Darkest Timeline, ShiftReg, Enigma Jr.

It’s not at all obvious from the titles. I did look for CV Sequencer in the list of apps. I thought it would be ok to ask rather than read the full descriptions for all the apps. Apologies if I have annoyed you by asking the question!

Doesn’t bother me. Not everyone has followed this from the beginning of the project. I’ve had it a while and I’m still figuring out what all it does.

Check out the Darkest Timeline 2.0 applet which is vaguely similar to Sequins in the stock firmware. It takes up both hemispheres but it's really fun.

I took a quick look so forgive me if I missed the applet that answers my question....

Any applet do frequency to voltage conversion? Something similar to the top channel of an Analogue systems RS-35?

First of all thank you very much Chysn for Hemisphere: it's awesome! Sorry for the noob question: which is the best way to have clocked random triggers/gates? Thanks!

Yes! Also check out ShiftGate, which is my favorite trigger generator. It's more chaotic than aleatory, but it does start off in a random state. Same with Enigma, Jr. in Gate or Trigger mode, but with more traditional Turing Machine-like operation.

Interesting, I never looked at shiftgate before (and didn't realize that enigma did gates/trigs, either). So I guess this thing starts off with a random pattern and it doesn't change unless you give it a gate on the CV input? Am I understanding the wiki correctly?

Would be nice if we could disconnect the two sides of the shift register to be different lengths and input CV rather than tied

Hi! My micro O_C is mounted horizontally(in the gap between the rails). Is it possible to rotate the screen in hemisphere by 90 degrees? That would be wonderful. I'm having an awful hard time using it now.

Finally got round to playing with Enigma. Its sending pitch CV to both VCO Alpha and Beta on the Raidcal Frequencies DPVCO, the cross modded the two VCOs, fed one to the top LxD LPG and the other to the bottom and got a nice syncopated thing going to on that led to a small jam.

I'm not sure I follow. This sounds like an interesting idea if you could clarify it further. I think where I'm losing understanding is at the term "two sides of the shift register."

Hemisphere left and hemisphere right :) Currently their input CV and shift lengths, if I recall correctly, are tied. Would be nice to have them separate.
