Aren't you supposed to swap the Pi in the back?

There was talk earlier in the thread about making the update through audio or USB.Paranormal Patroler wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 4:16 amAren't you supposed to swap the Pi in the back?

Ah, that would be nice. I'd hate to have to ship something bjust to get an update!

Re: Tasty Chips ECR-1 Convolution Reverb
When I asked about the file order on the ECR-1 Pieter at Tasty Chips said they will try to make a USB update procedure, because they agree that shipping wares back and forth isn’t ideal.

First off i love the reverb and this issue is minor compared to vs1 firmware but I am also experiencing the noise bleeding through the power rails. I have the same issue with the Instruo Arbhar which is also based on the Pi, however the ECR is much louder. The Arbhar is barely audible but is the same sound and likely has to do with the Pi leaking noise into the power rails and is getting picked up by the amps and mixer. This noise is present no matter what you do with the knobs and settings and whether you have the outputs patched or not.
I have it sitting in it’s own case right now to mitigate the issue and will be experimenting to see if I can find a spot where it isn’t so prominent. If there are any electrical gurus in here that know a way to isolate or filter the noise that would be amazing.
I also have a uZeus that i could power these digital modules separate from the rest of the case. Anyway it isn’t really noticeable while jamming out so isn’t a big deal but would love to get that whisper quiet case just the same.

I found introducing a power conditioning unit to drive power to my case did help and just don’t stop jamming and then you don’t hear itprogenitor wrote: ↑Mon Feb 22, 2021 12:20 ammagicdust wrote: ↑Fri Feb 19, 2021 7:02 pmNo, why do you have a similar thing going on?nicholasponcedeleon wrote: ↑Thu Feb 18, 2021 11:02 pmIf you turn down the wet signal does it go away?
