4ms Ensemble sounds great and looks fun. Also looking forward to hearing the Desmodus Versio.

That thing hurt my ears. I don't think sending it through the SMR did it any favors. To each their own I guess. At least that's one shiny new thing I'm not instantly jonesing for!

This could be the thing that pushes me over. Maybe with one of those USB-lunchboxes.

Edit: this isn't eurorack. Mods moved it here, don't shoot the messenger
Damn... I've been tempted to do lunchbox in the past too, but this is really pushing me in that direction.

I think something like this is what I've been looking for recently. I thought the SWN would be the closest but I think this is what I want. Just a chord machine with some tweakable tonality. This is straight up the oscillator of my thoughts recently. Once I found the chord mode in Braids I barely used it for anything else, but wanted more options and didn't want to go the route of buying four oscillators and a quantizer with four outs. The stereo outs are brilliant.

Personally I'm super excited about the Waver, the upcoming 2hp designs and the new stuff from Qu-Bit which ought to be very interesting
Can we get to NAMM already?

No, but a birdie told me they have some really nice stuff in the works. :hihi: I don't get easily impressed, but this time I was, so totally worth keeping your eyes open.

That looks cool, but I wish Arturia would embrace top jacks.

Indeed. At least they’re finally embracing top labels!

The amount of I/O on the back panel is impressive.

I also prefer that the mod and pitch 'wheels' look to be touch based.

4 voice tracks + 8 drum tracks ? OK that is very interesting. I probably don't need it, but I love the keystep and 4 tracks of it would be great.

Waiting for the black version though.

Oooh, not bad. Looks like a pretty awesome companion if you're not that hot on weird sequencing and instead want to fill your case with more sound generation. I do love my Keystep, but not using it as a sequencer that much.

That keystep looks also really cool for people with a bunch of desktop synths wanting to stay DAWless

Keystep Pro looks tempting, even though I already have Beatstep Pro and OG Keystep. It will now all depend on how cheesy the launch video is!

Keystep Pro looks awesome. I can't zoom in and make any of the labels legible, so I'm curious how the routing is set up. If previous color coding conventions are being followed, it looks like it has has 3 sequencer tracks (yellow, orange, green) a drum track (purple) and a project/global track (grey). Looking at the output labels though, it does indeed look like 4 sets of "voice" outs on the right. Maybe one of them is dedicated to the keyboard itself? Pretty hyped for this, as someone who owns 2 Keysteps and 3 BSPs, I've been wanting a sort of "all in one" unit for awhile now.
