Time to get busy selling Keystep for the Pro version. The never ending cycle. The Keystep Pro looks amazing though.

Yeah really. I’m hoping I can finally get a cheap Beatstep Pro now.

Really wish they'd go on more octave on the Keystep pro, but I'm glad they've finally made it. The Novation SL Mk3 has some competition now.

Which one between Keystep Pro and Novation SL mk3 you prefer? Based on what you have seen/known.

Situational. I like the sequencing immediacy with the KP. The SL seems to accomplish more.

Really I'm over the slim keys but I get it, however, I really would've expected a bigger option afa the KP goes.

SL has extra stuff I probably wouldn't use and is limited as far as templating without a laptop.

If I'm playing and not just sequencing I'd go with the SL since it has full keys. Just sequencing I'll go KP.

This could be the thing that pushes me over. Maybe with one of those USB-lunchboxes.

Edit: this isn't eurorack. Mods moved it here, don't shoot the messenger
O.M.G.

Unfortunately I don't have :75: for this and I've nothing left to sell... except euro modules :help:

Yes! Exactly. And not just that but a new Pitch Shifter is a very welcome addition. Not enough of those to go around - I really hope they've nailed it and that it works nicely.

Pico systems are already cramped but this is insane.

Case is nice though

I was thinking it would be interesting if they offered threaded strips with a wider-than-normal pitch that would spread the modules apart slightly for better ergonomics.

This 42HP case comes fully powered and ready to go with a latchable lid. Whether you're in the studio, on a plane, or performing at your next modular picnic, Eurorack has never been so portable.
They'll need to engineer battery operation capabilities if they want to make this viable.

Damn! :woah: Thoughts:

Cascade: "Ratcheting EG" seems like a great idea, and not one I've seen before. I've been looking to add more looping/triggerable envelopes to my case so I look forward to demos.

Aurora: What's a FDN Reverb? Cant' wait to hear what this sounds like with the infinite feedback...

Data Bender: I'm working on a circuit bent DIY project right now, so... Yes, this is up my alley. I assume this is some kind of DSP emulation of "circuit bending", but I'm certainly intrigued to hear it.

Surface: Woah... Is this Rings on steroids? Up to 8 voice poly. I might have to sacrifice 2 more HP over my uRings and go big!

Keystep pro having only 37 keys is just stupid. That makes it much harder to real-time record across registers.

Doesn't anyone play instruments anymore? These mini keyboards are terrible.
