I need a clean dual gain Module in 4hp / or single in 2hp ?? ( Gozinta replacement)

The "Gozinta" from circuit abbey is a dual mono Gain Module in 4hp, which delivers a clean Sound.
i really like it !

BUT: its no longer available !
The Gozinta was just perfect !!


Any tipps for a replacement ?
Has to have GOOD electronics and a simple UI ?
dual gain in 4hp, or single gain in 2 hp !!........no 3hp or 5hp
All jackks on the bottom MUCH prefered !

The Antumbra DVCA (4HP version of Veils) can give you two channels of up to 20 dB gain, and it's a VCA to boot. And the jacks are on the bottom.

This is DC coupled. It is made for contact mics but you can use it on anything. I just got it in the mail but I haven't had a chance to play with it yet.

The Happy Nerding 2xSAM module should do what you need. Can be configured via jumpers to bring line level up to modular levels in stereo in 4hp:

Yeah I think johannes was asking for the formula: L = 20 × log (V1/V2), where V1 / V2 is the voltage gain. So 5x gain = 20 x log(5) = 20 x .69897 = 13.98 dB

A decibel is a logarithmic expression of a ratio.

For audio dB and ratio conversions:

dB's = 20 * log10(ratio)

ratio = 10^(dB's/20)

the happy nerding stereo attenuverter was never in my mind, as something that could act as a (stereo) gainstage.
I might rethink this......... But Igors modules are now hard to get for me, since he is no longer shipping direct.

I have for this the tanh from Intruo, but it's not clean at all, but in most cases it does the job amd sometimes the harmonics of the saturation are just right.
