How do you deal with a few different sequencers, each with their own version of swing?

Swing and multiple sequencers

Interested to have a conversation about this, because you know... I'm a nerd. I figure you must be one too.

The poll kinda misses my preferred approach (all sequencers clocked from the same dedicated clock shuffler module).

adjusted!

Interested how you get away with that. A swung clock is not a stable clock by its nature and my sequencers seem to want something steady.

I just don't buy sequencers which expect a steady clock  it helps if you're not a big fan of functionality monster type sequencers (Eloquencer, Nerdseq, Five12 Vector, USTA,...) anyways, I guess.

I try to send my master "Shuffle" from a Winter Eloquencer. My problem is some sequencers don't respond to this, ie don't carry the master shuffle through, as I think they expect a steady clock?

Does anyone know offhand how Grids, Pamelas, Sinfonion, etc handles shuffled clocks?

I send a swung clock from Vector (to Metron mainly), and then use one of Vector’s trigger outs set to 1/16ths so I also have a straight clock for anything else I want it for.
maybe you’d like to buy some nice used modules? Free cables with purchase!!
