The 1U Tile PCB/Panel kits are back.

We were working on having pre-built and tested PCBs instead of just bare PCBs, but that was taking too long so the bare PCB/Panel kits are back and we'll add the pre-built PCBs as they get done.

The issue was with building automated testing jigs that can accurately verify that the PCB works without any controls or other PCBs attached. Each product requires a different jig, wiring harness, and software for doing the tests. We're 95% of the way there, but that last 5%...
