Power Supply caps

Ok, beyond the aesthetic shame, is there anything wrong with using capacitors that are a bit too large (diameter) and touch each other on my Frequency Central power supply?

They might not vent as designed if they fail but otherwise no problems.

I like to tape them together, and then bend the leads to fit.

Should be fine. There's enough space for heat to dissipate.
