Bought some new Cal resistors.

Mouser..... had pretty good standard resistors.
That means.... .005% accuracy, and 0.2 ppm temperature wise.
I got a 10 ohm, 100 ohm, 1k ohm, and a 100k ohm.
About $25-40 each.... not cheap.

I trust Mouser better than Ebay offers, for these Vishay foil resistors.China has produced fake copies.

Besides cal resistors, there is the amazing AJH "Precision Voltages ', Which uses good resistors and a voltage reference for volt cal.
It uses the LT1263 volt reference and some precision resistors to divide voltages very very well. You know already.
I have some LT1263a's , and some low drift LT1001's. I'll read the app notes.

At these levels of potential accuracy, board layout is important.
Thermoelectric connection matter.
I don't know much about the above.... except trying to match the polar connections, with an equal or opposed thermal connection in the whole circuit..... so it balances.
