I noticed there was a typo on the prototype black panel, it says "WAWESHAPER" instead of "WAVESHAPER" under the modulation oscillator section. Just pointing this out incase it wasn't caught already

Thats good to know. If there is EU VAT included and noted on the invoice then a EU buyer with a VAT ID should be able to buy ex. VAT as far as I understand. Its called "reverse-charge" an EU regulation.
On the other hand you should be able to export outside the EU without VAT too. How much you net-price charge for customers outside the EU is up to you for sure So as a person with a VAT number I should be able to buy VAT free I guess ?

Fully correct. To say the price includes VAT is indeed confusing. If this was the case VAT has to be noted on an invoice and the "invoiced" VAT needs to be forwarded to the fiscal authorities. Also there are sales limit that apply to this kind of "small business". At a specific max in sales one is forced to go for a VAT registered business by law. Other than that - there are still rules that apply even to small businesses. Like having proper terms & conditions, a refund / withdraw policy, imprint with full address and contact information etc...since day one when this "official" business starts. At least in Germany you also have to show your fiscal registration number if you don't have a VAT ID.

Reason for asking was...France (where Boops is located) has an abundance of rules and different tax categories for running small businesses..I've lived there for 5 years.
