Hope to finish and release the next summer,the V1 works fine.switches,sliders of the 208 are all midi contrôlable,preset patches function ok,works with a midi keyboard and its functions,a max live app is done ,have to be deeply test it.Need some hardware tweak,and finish the final hardware version ,example inserted in a modern 218X

My tip is to begin to build the psu and the 4UX boat (without the aux card pcb) to test your work
Then the mother board ,card 3 and 4 ,card 1 ,2 card 5,6 card11 card12 card 7,8,9,10,aux noise .
THE MICRO PSU pcb build pics

The DC jack +12v red/Ground black

The pcb with all the parts soldered,clean the solder flux with essence F or other product ,not already done in the pics ;(
Use heat shrink for the 2x inductors,and each pin soldered.

The 4 molex connector is to power the aux /noise pcb
The standard Buchla wire colors are
ground quiet Q black
-15v white ,I use blue here
+15v red
12v green
+5v orange ,I use yellow here
Noisy ground brown

You should find -16V (for -15V) as the psu is not loaded.

Pass the dc jack thru the power square cutout

Solder the hot red wire 12v lamp plug ,the ground should be done by the metal of the case/standoff
And solder the black ground banana on a ground pad on the pcb.

After the psu 100% ok ,build your mother board MB
Take your time ,if your mother board is 100% ok,you have done a lot of the job.
Begin by the 3 diodes and the resistors

Fyi,mouser is slower than before covid ,3/5 days

Trimmers (missing 2) ,cts 13 tantale capacitors like an origina,I use tropical caps ,too.

A SINGLE 500K 504 TRIMMER (not added in the bom )IS NEEDED IF YOU WANT CONTROL THE TAPER (%) of the REVERB POT MIX in the MB mod R73 10k ,this mod is needed if you want add the reverb level mix cv in the monitor circuit too.

A note about resistors sourcing at mouser,the day of your order .

Infos about the sliders and toggle switches
If you have bought the hardware kit with the sliders ,you will receive 22 little pcbs to fit under the sliders
It’s top notch,these sliders are really steadies ,the MB traces are 100% isolated from the metal of the sliders.
It’s a lot of job,tests...but I’m really happy.
The colored caps (if you use standard ones ) are above around 1mm of the panel,here the black from tayda
For the toggle switch. You have to test them before installation,check carefully the parts numbers when you install them example:(SPDT on-on and on-off-on )
Check the position of your momentary switches x2 ,pulse trig and reset seq ,there are différents,solder ONLY ONE PIN ,up to you will install the panel,the same with the sliders only two pins up and down.Install only one nuts on the toggle switch at the right level with the nuts Tool you will install the second
Nut against the panel .USE TWO NUTS BY TOGGLE !!!!

My toggle switch nuts leveler TOOL ,use one standoff which is used for your panel ,(included in the hardware kit) and a large washer.
Adjust the first nut under the washer at the right height.

Cut the pot pin,and install the first nut,you will need two for each 16mm pot ,you can find them at tayda

Put a blob of solder pin7
I use a blue wire for the -15V,the standard is white.

I use the same color wires than bananas,then I can test the 208X without the panel,once the leds (soldered with the panel assembled) sliders,toggles,pots are finished to be soldered.
