Looking to replace the sliders on my Tascam 424 MkIII as most have become unusable.
Here are some pictures and measurements I took.
please forgive the quality.
in the middle of a black out here in Texas
The length is 60mm
15mm stem
and width is 7mm
They are stamped 5KA Japan..I had originally thought they where alps, but now I'm not so sure. Appear to be 4 pins with one snipped off. Mono channel.
Would like to find the master stereo pot as well.
Will add pictures once internet and power stabilizes lol.

Re: Tascam 424 MKIII Slide potentiometers
That's a 'standard' 45mm slider. A few different mfrs make versions which will work. Edit: most do not have the end pins bent inward like the one you show. But do have enough pin length to do so. /edit
What is the dimension between top and bottom pin positions? and between the metal PCB 'clips'?
Look at Bourns PTx Pro Audio sliders.
x= a few different letters
As always, have you asked the Mfr for help?

Re: Tascam 424 MKIII Slide potentiometers
take a look at the alps slide pot datasheet, as they look similar. you can take measurement and match the dimensions in the datasheet to see if they make a good fit.
