PSU 3 Problem

Hi,

I am building a case with 2 Doepfer PSU 3. Each has it´s own powercable. One is working fine, but the other one is doing some strange blinking.
And the module connected to the busboard is not working...

I did the same wiring on both PSUs.
As I know nothing about electric circuits, I don´t know, what could be wrong or broken, the PSU, the busboard, the wiring...?
Maybe someone can help me

disconnect the modules. same problem? disconnect the bus board. same problem? if yes then it is the psu. if no then it must be the bus board or the module. this is pretty easy to diagnose.
