I love BWD Gear.
I got it second hand for like $20 that was a very long time ago,
it's been a good to me .
It probably wont happen today but if it does it definitely wont go smoothly.

Are you into light production? Love the table space!
Trying to build up my 5U COTK/MOTM, send me a message if you are selling gear and thanks!

Looks great,!

Thanks Faustgeist, no not into light production.

The wooden end cheeks with screen is a digital version of the Sherman
Filter bank, might do it in Eurorack but the wooden sides seemed
more appropriate.

2 "table-style" 84hp and 168hp 2-row eurorack

Post by XPump » Wed Feb 15, 2017 1:33 am

...put together 2 "table-style" 84hp and 168hp 2-row eurorack for my vertical cabs to sit (they will sit in on the 2"x4" back section) .

Modules lying on my floor are being stuffed in to racks ..

Im re-doing all my module space and all the supporting shelving (no small undertaking : P ) as my initial original layout no longer works well.
I will post before and after shots
cheers!

Quite possibly. A lot of us do here in the US. And with the affordability of home surveillance monitoring systems, they're becoming very prevalent.

Indeed! Actually we live in a neighborhood half-full of psychos. One block will be great, beautiful little houses, nice people, kids, animals, etc. then another block... yeah... I'll just say I have very weird routes for my kids to take should they want to walk somewhere. Most cities/neighborhoods around here are like that. Most of my area is great, and kind of going through a little renewal process. Lots of cool little bars, pubs, restaurants, etc. springing up everywhere, and lots of cool people moving in. That still doesn't change those little pockets of drug-houses, and other unpleasantness.

The worst thing I've experienced in the ten years I've lived in the neighborhood is mail-theft, but I'm not going to sit around and allow something worse to happen either.

I also have a teenage daughter, so it's kinda nice to see who's coming and going too. :hihi:

Aside from all that, it's actually kinda fun in a weird sort of way.

Thanks petkost! :tu:

Works well so far. The only thing is with dense boards you can't really work at the borders, so I'll add some v-grooves for orthogonal mounting like the original has:

Hi zipzinc,
That's quite a tower of equipment you've got there. Are they all oscilloscopes?

Nice! I used to work in the closet of my bedroom. It was actually a cool little setup. It wasn't very well ventilated though, and I eventually ran out of room as I got more test equipment and stocked more and more parts.
