I didn't build mine from full kit but I have 10uf for all 3, the unmarked ones by the power input should be 10uf. You could substitute 10/22/47uF for the unmarked ones but they should both be the same.

Bought the Synthcube V1.3 full kit. They sent me 2x 10uF electrolytics and 1x 4.7uF electrolytic.
This doesn't match the silkscreen or the BOM on page 1 of this thread.

Question 1. Did they send me the wrong parts?
Question 2. What value of electrolytic cap is for the non-designated spots by the beads?

Any help would be great.
Good question :)

I'm good with soldering up jacks and switches n-shit, but I'm about a non-bead-knowing-bitch.

The answer to your question will be helpful.

Hi guyz I just built a DTM module and I want to know if it's normal that the sound is less loud when I put the offset in the middle ? Negative or postive sides are way louder.
Thanks in advance,

Yes, the middle of the pot is zero so you should get close to silence.

Left of the middle gives you inverted output and right of middle gives you normal output.

That’s how mine works anyway

Just wanted to express my gratitude to this thread for all the photos and advice on here.
Built a DTM this afternoon, my first DIY eurorack module, and it went without a hitch!
Special thanks for those that posted photos, they were invaluable.

I'm in the process of building the Eurorack version of the DTM and noticed looking through the build thread that all of build photos I've seen omit the 7812 regulator. FYI, I obtained the kit through synth cube who build compiled the components for the kit. I also don't understand the point of the 7812 in the circuit? Perhaps this is the reason others have omitted. Perhaps the reason is to be protective of sub-par power supplies?

The 12v regulator is for people like me who build with +/-15v power supplies. You don't need it with a +/-12v supply.

Roger that...I have a bit of desoldering to do.

So, my build is done and I've been able to trim the output of the LM337 to -6V, but the 100R trimmer isn't working to zero out the bias voltage. Could it be the trimmer is fried? I do get output from the module but only on the inverted side of the output, but I suppose that is because the offset is approximately -6V. Any ideas before I just swap out the 100R trimmer?

**edit and update**

Found the problem with the build. There was a damaged trace connecting with the jumpered 7812 input leg. Fixed the board connection, and the -6v reading on the output became -80mV which trimmed to 0V nicely. Nothing wrong with the 100R trimmer pot. I was tired and the helpless trimmer pot was an easy scapegoat for my frustration. Everything is now working well.
