Moog MG-1 S Trigger to V Trigger

Just wondering if it is possible to modify the mg 1 for v trigger input instead of S trigger, any info or links would be great, even a gate in mod would work. also, anyone know where to get the slider caps? -

All you need is 2N3904 NPN Transistor and a 10K Resistor.

It's in the MIDI-to-CV section, but I did it for the Trig Input jack and it works.
