Pretty damn cool. I would've liked the inclusion of a send and return.

Cool sounding pedal. If I could manage to spare a pair of In/Out on my signal routing and mixer.

I picked one up a few weeks ago and I really like it too. For a few years now I've been on the fence about buying some sort-of expensive heads to use with a Two Notes Captor 8. But the Iridium has erased that urge...even though it has limited choices they all sound good.

Has anyone put it to more creative uses by uploading custom IR and care to comment?
Feel free to use my old samplepacks: https://freesound.org/people/altemark/

So far I haven't gone beyond the factory IRs, but I'm interested in trying things. Any ideas? I've never researched what kinds of different IRs are out there. I know people capture things other than just guitar cabinets, but I haven't been down that rabbit hole yet.

I bought a few IRs this past week. One of them is an Ampeg 8x10 bass cab, and bass guitar sound great with the Fender sim. I've found several other guitar cabs that I really like. I'm totally sold on the Iridium for recording, it sounds close enough to the real thing for me.

The stock IR cabinets are very good, but sometime they can be a bit too pristine and precise. Very modern sounding, which is fine if that's what you want. But I've been trying to match sounds of a few favorite bands from the 80s and 90s and I can get really close by digging through some other IRs. Sometimes what you need is a little bit more "studio grunge" in an IR file to make it sound right, instead a "perfect" science lab approach.
