Moogerfooger Drive vs the Minifooger Drive

Post by darmklacht@gmail.com » Mon Jan 20, 2020 8:15 am

I really really really dig the drive on the big Moogerfoogers!
I also Really loved the drive on the minifooger Delay and thought that pedal was worth it for just the drive on it.

now I´m really curious about the Minifooger Drive, has anyone compared the drive function of the big moogerfoogers to the drive on the dedicated drive moogerfooger?

mini its a distortion effect of its own... and a filter but its limited to guitar freqs and only mild resonance.

I've owned a few MoogerFoogers and a few MiniFoogers over the years, and yes, the MiniFooger Drive can sound very similar to the larger Fooger drive, BUT it is WAY more versatile! I love mine and will never sell it, whereas all the big Foogers are long gone. So I say yes, go for it, I think you'd be very happy. :)
