Nice one Papz.
Looks useful in whatever format you use. Just bought a pack of 8.

I am putting this together - it's basically my first time soldering something. Anyone can send an image of the backside of the board, I am not sure what to do with the banana jacks, should I bend them or something?

To mount the banana jacks perpendicularly to the board, insert the tab in the slot, solder it and snip the exceeding part.
To mount them in parallel with the board, solder the tab to the board's back pad, it's easier if you put solder on both the tab and pad prior to assembly.
Happy building !

I notice in the pics that the ground banana is not connected. Was that just done for the pics, or is the ground connection not always necessary?

The ground connection is necessary for the attenuator pots only, for simple signal mixing without attenuation, no ground connection is required.

Do you know if there are any 1/4” jacks that will fit in the output jack spot? I would ideally like to make one with three banana jack inputs and one 1/4” output to use as an audio sub mixer for BugBrand or Serge that would plug into my desk mixer.

I'm afraid there's no 1/4" jack socket that fits.
Maybe minijack-jack male adapters exist, or you can use a minijack gender changer + minijack to jack adapter.

Easiest solution: TinyMixer with a 3.5mm jack output, then use a 3.5mm gender changer adapter (3.5mm males on both ends) going into a 3.5mm female to 1/4” male adapter and you are there. The output adapter bridge might be a bit long, but functional.

I’ll get by with a mini jack and an adapter cable. Will also keep an eye out for a mini jack to 1/4” jack gender changer or supplies to make some. Thank you for the replies.
Now to find an affordable source of Cliff mini jacks in the United States.
