Would love to hear a few patches that use the FULL potential of that system! Where? When?

DIY. Built mine myself but don't really like the panel. No countersunk holes for PCB mounting - the guy who offers the panel isn't capable of making countersunk holes.
I'll ask someone who offers the "panel" PCB where the buttons and LEDs are mounted if he's willing to build a MUC on demand for you and will PM you details as soon as I get a reply.
If there's more demand I'll get panels for those made.

Edit: PMd

*Edit*

Even though it can be fun to show off what we have been putting together, it's just not my style.

STS Anima — Six highly-modified STS Serge panels roughly equivalent to an eight-panel STS system. Installed in two modified M-panel cases for a footprint of only 35.5” wide x 17.75” deep.

My goal was to create the smallest most powerful Serge, taking into consideration functional density, desktop footprint, portability and immediacy. Mods provide new/custom functionality, performance shortcuts and hidden board features. Stats:

o 17 new circuit boards added
o 165 new holes drilled (33 knobs, 91 jacks, 2 LEDs, 12 bat handle switches, 22 switches, 5 mini-switches, 1 trigger switch)
o 161 new labels added
o knob color scheme inverted to ease visual density
o M-panel case mods include XLR/PS12 power, grounds for add-on utility modules (TinyMixers, joysticks et al.), and one-screw brackets for the tilted third panels.

Thanks to Kevin Braheny-Fortune for his wise advice and mods derived from years of experience with his Mighty Serge, Rex Probe/STS for his support, Nick Liebrecht, captnapalm, tobb, aethyr, papz (TinyMixers) and all who lent a hand and an ear to see this through.

Everyone should build a Frankenstein at least once in their lifetime. :hihi: :guinness:

Beauty! I'd love a side view to see how the slanted case is supported.

Thank you! Will be posting more Anima pics and panel details this weekend I hope — not like I have anywhere to go.

All of you stay safe, make music and lend a hand to someone in need. :tu:

Now there's a post you don't see everyday!

Wow I really don't think I've seen a STS system with so many mods. Like the others above have posted above I'd be very curious about some of the insights into the mods.

In particular the NTO and WAD mods, looks like a lot is going on there.

Cheers for sharing!

Hmmm also would like to take this time to ask if you might be willing to post a sound or vid demo of that CV -> midi module in the forum... ?

Not so much explanation but more interested in hearing it send totally mangled / wild CV to something like a dx7, ha! :sb:. Curious!

Thanx Chris! I still have the other stuff just trying out something diff. Have the Spring tanker, Delay, and Chirper to the side in individual cases. When I have money again I want to add a row and the Matrix mixer and a Quadrature Sine.
