I've been slowly piecing this guy together. I'd rate my current pace sub-snail :hihi:

That looks like a really fun panel.

J3RK, I always like the anti-vandal pushbutton switches you use :)

I have a new policy (sort of) that I should have at least one on any full 4U panel. :hihi:

That looks pretty special. I'm sure it will look amazing when the case is filled, but I enjoy the negative space that the blank panels provide. It seems somehow very soft.

Nice... did you get direct from R*S? And how do they work as a pair? I was debating getting those (plus the TKB), but it’s a big investment.

used. got both panels and case as a whole system. i think they pair amazingly together. so many sound and modulation sources! i was going to add a tkb to this setup as i think that would really make it whole. but now im getting a hordijk. (and selling the edelweiss ii for 2100usd if youre interested)

Current lineup for banana action in my studio (office)...

Had to use LX tape to mount RS modules since mismatch with holes in the STS boat they are (currently) housed in, plus overall width is a few mm too wide, so slight ridge in middle. Not ready to take file to either case or modules yet - also not ready to buy RS boat(s) (would want to buy two to ensure height match!)

Congrats, I know the feeling :hihi:

I got my easel in May and have been practicing a minimum of 15 hours a week. I've been in the "honeymoon" stage ever since!

I'm interested in your patch thats on the picture, it seems your patching (yellow cable) keyboard pressure into the pulsers output. I have been warned about patching output to output so I'm a little interested what affect it is your getting here. Did you knowingly do this?

I have accidentally patched output to output and realized it through actually realised it while hearing the irregularities in the affected output somewhere else down the line. I turned the easel off unplugged and all was well.

Oh, that was a photo of the night I got it so probably didn't intend to patch output to output. I know better now.

Looks like one of my old passive matrix mixers. Considering doing a standalone active version soon.

So after a year and a half of obsessive effort (and a comic degree of hassle and struggle) my system is finally together and fully operational.

It was meant to be my own slightly downsized version of Evergreen State College's 200 system, which for better or worse was my introduction to the world of modular synthesis and has been my dream since I graduated back in '95. A mere 25 years later, here we are...

So much gratitude to Mike Peake, Bill Lynes and Dave Brown for all their help. :hail:

Also thanks to Soundoferror, Macron, Vatican2, Kent and memes_33 for all the cool modules!

Beautiful! I love small setups. I've been designing some 4U panels to be used that way recently. Just have to finish some wiring. :hihi:
