Wow! That microflop panel is incredible.
Re: Banana system pictures
nice, thanks for the response - always into creative use of extra space like I have seen in some diy buchla portable cases. the XL boats seem like a good width.. maybe you can swap out your current boats for 3 XL boats and keep the auxiliaries on the edges as is
pelang wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 4:55 amThanks. It's a guitar amp stand slightly modified. I got a full fourth boat and now I need the rethink how to put everything together. I wishes I would have chosen the XL boats from random source with six 4x4 panels.
The black diy sidebars are attenuators and some eurorack / banana converters. The “build-in” attenuators for my work are not sensitive enough, so most of the time I connect another in a row where I can define the range as well.

Thanks for the comments! Now I just have to get the last few wired up. It's only about 60-70% usable at the moment, as some of the PCBs are sitting on the bench built, but not wired.

Re: Banana system pictures
After taking a few years off from building (been focusing on my Acoustic Finger-style, Blues and Delta slide guitar)... I decided to jump right back into Buchla synth DIY. I started this system last month. Finally at the “fun stage” of the project
Cheers, Adam
Side note: been building modules in “pairs”... the idea is to sell the spares... or build up a nice complete system to trade.

Looks good! Welcome back! Just started building again myself about a month or two ago after taking a long break.

A 73-75 Serge Homebuilt built by @elmegil with the elby colors for the jacks
A Sans-amp for bringing the old guitar in and a Mk1 Double Knot to do the percussion duties.

I'm here regular if you want to pop in for hello times!
Re: Banana system pictures
It's been forever since I've posted here but I wanted to offer a shout out to Jason Butcher and his exemplary craftsmanship. I believe this case is among the first of his 2020 Zeros to be delivered and I'm incredibly happy with it. Now to find time to populate and play it...

@dksynth, what is that rack setup for the Serge? It looks awesome.
