I'm newish to bananas. I started building the RS Serge 4x4s at the beginning of the pandemic when I found myself with a lot of free time (a couple modules have been pulled from the case for trouble shooting). Now i've turned my attention to Buchla. I can only claim the 266r as my own build right now, but I'm starting a 227 tomorrow, and I have a few kits coming from SAModular. Forgive the euro, I'm still in recovery.

Hey, it's 3D printer bar stock / maker bar / bunch of names for it I think.

There are t-nuts that slide inside and you screw from inside the boats into the blind T-nuts inside.

It's by a chap called Bagoly Synth from Berlin, he designed a new FS based around all modern IC's (2164 etc) that is pretty great!

Where can we find it? A search on Bagoly Synth and also Bagoly Synth frequency shifter gave no answer.

If you know, how does it compare with the other analog freq shifters? moog-Bode, Buchla, Serge, Haible, Doc SnE?
The others I know of like Modcan are digital or hybrid.

I don't know the Buchla or Bode, but I do know the Haible, a bit hard to compare as that has quite a bit extra, or maybe different going on. It's very good, clean, and works and tracks very well, also quite a small footprint due to all SMT design. Quite a bit of calibration (as with all FS's I guess ) but you can dial it in very accurately. I don't want to speak out of place as it's not my design, but I do believe there might be a V2 in the works, and I don't know the details myself.

I wonder how -outside of instagram- one might find the PCB size, BOM-build cost and means to order?

It's not actually 'out' as yet, but I'm sure when it is all those things will be available! PCB is 2" x 6" though (Serge style)
