My synthi was making a weird noise. Ironic. Like a white crackling sound. I thought it was busted. I realized it was my router. Synthi in ring mod mode seems to be sensitive to electromagnetic fields

To invert a signal patch a pin to the meter column and patch the scope output to a hi level input with a jack cable, the inverted signal is then available on the corresponding input channel row and you can patch it together with the filter output to the output channel.
This also seems to work with CV. Reversing the trapezoid, Osc 3

wonder how they'd offer Synthi A's since the Spartanite case is long obsolete and stock has cleared

I wrote him and Robin said provide your own spartanite or be good with just receiving the chassis.

Originals are still around with a bit of luck and persistence. As mentioned further back, I found my Spartanite on Gumtree for $100. Fortunately it was misspelt as Spartinite.

He said it was 4+ yrs and that the VCS list was a bit longer.

Synthis are still being made and sold... I received my Synthi Cornwall today. Wait time was approx 3 years to get from #19 to #1.
I supplied my own Spartanite case.
Full mods - it's a beauty!

That's great news! I'm currently #11 with BYO Spartanite. Sounds like the estimate Robin gave was pretty accurate. Enjoy!
