]I've just released this -

Field Lines Cartographer - The Glimmering Plane

Straight to Bandcamp as a self-release with no physical seemed to be the most apposite thing right now, given how things are...

Recording this has been my escape over the last couple of weeks... Long form immersive ambient / drone to transport you elsewhere...

Used a tiny modular rig / Grandmother / Digitakt + pedals

Thanks in advance if you check it out.

Mark

"The Castle" explores the "super doomful" ALM Busy Circuits Akemie's Castle, which is based on the Yamaha OPL3 FM synthesis chip from the early 90s. But don't expect it to sound like your old Sound Blaster 16...

Patch/production notes are here.

Released a new album the 27th of march - awaiting the Vinyl and Cassettes - should be there mid / end of April.
My personal project Angst Sessions - Sorgens Aska (swedish for Ashes of sorrow .. sounds corny as hell on english but more dystopic in Swedish..)

My version of Kosmischse Musik - Dark Ambient
Recorded January this year and mixed by me and Mastered by Hans Olsson Brookes

Instruments used: Synth-Werk Moog Modular, Minimoog Model D, EMS Synthi, Roland RS-505, Deckard´s Dream, Macbeth Elements, Wurlitzer 200a, Solina, Korg PS-3100... Tape echoes phasers and OTO Bam reverb...

Been almost a month since I actually released it, but figured it might get more traction here. Almost entirely Human Comparator 73-75 Serge, BugBrand Board Chirper, and my university's Moog 55, with a bit of digital processing rounding it out. Drawn-out, evolving drones and noisescapes, a bit Pauline Oliveros if I had to tie it to one influence.

The soundtrack for a video game I've been working on!

All the synths are from my modular, Moog Grandmother, and Behringer Model D.

Definitely interested in any feedback, as I'm still working to improve my synth skills...

Put this EP out a few weeks ago but just put it on Youtube today:

Almost entirely modular except a Rev2 on the third track and Mother 32 on the fourth.

New album from my hybrid guitar/electronic/acoustic post-rock / shoegazer project.

Artist: A Beautiful Machine
Album: King Tide
Format: CD, Download, Streaming
Streaming services: Spotify, iTunes etc

Bandcamp:

Single:

This project dates back to the late 90s / early 00s. Originally released four albums via mailorder and downloads, building up a small cult following, before I moved on to other things.
Almost twenty years later, through a series of interrelated coincidences, it's back again.
A hybrid affair of guitars and analogue synths and electronic and acoustic drums, both human-played and programmed.

Enjoy!
Skye

I just pre-released my last experimental album on Bandcamp in binaural format but you can also get there the DVD for the full quadraphonic in 5.1 experience.

More info and links to Bandcamp to get the DVD is here: https://www.peachymango.org/Symphoney .

The release will be on all stores on 15th May 2020 in binaural format. So you really want to grab the DVD ;)

I did it on my modular synthesizer in quadraphonic with help from some Moog unique modular synthesizers built at Moogfest.

My music may be weird, improved,... but I'm looking for feedback on the music in 5.1, and/or the format, quadraphonic in 5.1.

If you do public reviews on a site/magazine please contact me, and I'll send you a free copy (It is perfectly fine if you don't publish your review after listening), or if you can suggest where I should submit it for review, this would be super helpful.

Thanks

I‘ve just released an Acid music album, made (mostly) with two Cyclone Analogic TT-303s and a TT-606, sent through a Klangbau Köln Tube VCA and Spring Reverb, plus a variety of Audio Damage AUv3 Plugins, while mixing and mastering in Cubasis.

Promo Video:

Listen to the album:

It’s also available on tape in a limited edition, of course

... and I’ve set up my new YouTube Merch Store, where you can get pixel art designs on t-shirts and hoodies, to express your love for the 303 and modular synths

I just released something a little different for me. Available free on Bandcamp through Friday 5/1 only.

"A Measure of Peace" began as a challenge from one of my son's teachers to write “nap music” for his class of two and three year olds. It turned out better than I expected, and the kids seem to enjoy having it playing while they are sleeping. I hope it brings some solace during these challenging times.

This was never intended for release, so please don't pay for it. Instead, please buy some music from my fellow musicians. As a reminder, Bandcamp is waiving their cut of album sales on 5/1 and giving all earnings to the artists. I’m fortunate to have a day job that can fund this kind of project. Many others do not.
