Thank you Lisa!
Indeed the squeeking door sound is a tempo synced sample, played back by the Disting mk4.

In the mood for a more upbeat experimental techno jam today.

I was working on a patch on the modular while recording this, so to time to let some others shine. A calm melodic exploration.

I spun out the end a bit to long on this one, but otherwise I am quite pleased with this patch for live situations, and it sill leaves room for a lot more.

I love your approach to the patches in general and I learn a lot from just watching your videos.

This one is my favorite on the "Selected Live Jams #1" album. LOVE the progression!

There is life after the 100th Jam! Unfortunately I fail/forgert to always make a post here, but all my Jams are on my YouTube channel for those whom are interested! This session is with a field recording played back by the Disting and some very low frequency oscillators through a lot of reverb.

I didn't have a lot of time this week, a lot of other things to do. But luckily messing around with the modular in the evening is always a good idea. This jam could have been a lot better if I hade more time to play with the way it's build up, the breaks etc. Hope you enjoy it anyway ;)

This week's session is a more clean techno(ish) jam with some simple melodic sequences from the Beatstep Pro.

One of the nice things about a modular in a portable case is that you can play on your couch. This is a recording of yesterday 's evening noodle session. No external effects are used here. The samples are played from the Disting mk4, and triggered rhythmically by the clock divider. I adjust the starting point of playback by sending it an offset voltage from the Triatt.

A calm techno session wit the modular generating all sounds. The faster melody is generated by a unsynced looping envelope, the baseline is sequenced from the BSP. Kick and hats from the BD808 and MFB hats, other percussive sounds are synthesized with the help of the Make Noise LxD.

I couldn't resist a good deal on a used Mopho x4. I have been looking for a compact analog poly for a while, and prefer this one's deep architecture and textured pads. Lot's to learn. More sounds to come!

A Calm session with some organ-like tones from the mophoX4 and percussion from the modular. The camera quit working after about a minute, so I had to fill in some non-live footage. The end is real ;)

A calm jam with some chords form the Dave Smith Instruments MophoX4, and jazzy drum samples arranged in Ableton, triggered via the Akai APC key 25. The modular is responsible for the little arpeggio at the end, and clouds for rhythmically mangling forest sounds.

I'm working on some new sounds and chords with the DSI mopho x4, much to improve, but I like where this is going.

A small intermezzo with a new patch I’m experimenting with for some upcoming shows.

Dear listeners! As some of you have noticed I have been away a little while. I took part in some exhibitions, did two liveshows, and did a lot of graphic design work I do to afford this gear (and some food). I plan to keep going though, as of this week I expect to make another jam on weekly basis, it still is my goal to keep it up!

This set is a studio recording of a liveset I did recently at the Valkhof festival in Nijmegen. It’s a more droney, ambient set, using just the modular case and a lot of reverb. There is some external mixing going on offscreen.

At the end of the video my camera craped out, I restarted twice, but still didn’t capture all of it, so I edited some pictures in from the liveshow, which are by the very friendly Gustavo Velho.

Very nice mate, and very inspiring! Another wiggler wrote that your music is breathable and I very much agree :)

Keep it up!
