That's the programmer for the MKS-80 sitting on the left hand cabinet.

Although it's since been moved so I could put a second oscilloscope that someone gave me up there, just because it looks twice as cool!

_which_ 100 series?

do you mean it was a spinet or it was an A-100?

The 5U part of my multi-format system very recently doubled in size to what you see here. I don't have much time on the new modules yet but here's clip from the patch that was in place when these pictures were taken. Run ahead to :50 and you hear the Dual VDO through the delay. The delay is as good as everyone says it is. I'm wobbling the delay time and the DVDO blend slightly for a bit of shimmer. The DVDO has 180 waveforms reminiscent of the MiniWave but much cleaner. With so many combinations exploring it is sort of a Lewis and Clark mission.

Thanks!

I found that in a local used shop, and couldn't believe my eyes (which sorta popped out of my head at that point).
When it turned out that he also had an Arp 2600 that was missing a keyboard, and I had one that I wasn't really using, the deal was done.

An Arp 2600 and a French Connection in a used shop? Wow, where was this if I may ask? I think the nearest person to me that even knows what a modular synthesizer is likely lives a few hundred miles away, so finding anything remotely beyond a $50 Epiphone nearby is beyond my wildest dreams.

As my name suggests: NYC ie New York.

There were times in recent years where all sorts of vintage analog gear showed up in the used instrument shops here, and there have even been stores that specialized in that sort of thing, but they were always too expensive and never stayed in business long.

But once in a while we get lucky.

I couldn't remember the exact model number, so i scrounged around on the net & found this photo of a J-412 (on a Hammond forum in a thread titled 'Worst Hammond ever?', which looks a lot like the one i looked at (i knew it had a 1 in the number somewhere :hihi: )

Ok, I've kind of lurked here for a long time, I'll throw in my hat now. Here's where the boxes are at as of a few months ago. Tons of stuff still in the loop, probably at least one more 1x24u cabinet worth. You've seen all this crap on matrixsynth and youtube anyway.

Image

Since this was taken the wogglebug and the Time Machine have gone away (to be replaced with better versions), a bunch of LPG's have appeared, the WSG has been replaced by a bananalogue/serge VCS (and another in the works) and various modules have moved around. All the frac stuff at the bottom left is being repaneled - 1u each (the paia midi2cv will be replaced with a blacet version when it comes out). And the cat keeps reprogramming the klee.
