Asking more than a hundred thousand dollars for an analog sequencer - 'holy moly' indeed!

A seller with no feedback and 8 listings for expensive rare modular items.
Good luck with that.

However, a unit is in MINT conditions and in perfect working order.

How could it possibly be in MINT condition?
Interesting to see inside it anyways:

Was Peter Baumann the only member to have one built? If so, how many people have owned this sequencer, or better yet - is the seller Baumann?
Inquiring minds want to know.

At first sight i thought the same. Mmpff!
Then i dived a bit into the Projekt Elektronik (worth a read) thread and on page 2, Ed Buller mentioned a lovely guy, called Fabio from Italy who became owner of some of their stuff. Now, the vendor name is Fabio’s Gear Locker from Padova/Italy.
1+1=might be valid...

Wow, it looks good, except... you know, that shipping price does seem a little high. It pushes it a bit out of my price range. About $115K out of my price range give or take a couple of grand

I've had a few dealings with Fabio and can vouch for him in general, but can also say that he really likes the high prices on things. I don't think he really wants to sell it - he's a collector, has one of about everything Moog produced. Possibly he's got it for sale to appease his significant other or something like that.

Thinking of the cost of engineering that went into those things, it's probably a bargain accounting for inflation.

He also has a Moog power supply that was inspected in 1971. Sounds like a steel.

Does he have an R.A. headphone amplifier module...or any of the 700 series drum/percussion modules..? I'd like maybe to get in touch with the chap if he does...
