How do you guys tune your oscs?

I tune by ear to a digital piano sample and then use a tuner plug-in on my DAW if I feel like getting more precise. But after using the tuner plug-in I usually spread them out a bit more for chorusing.

The advantage of tuning by ear is that the perceived pitch of a sound is not necessarily the same as the pitch of its VCOs, depending on how you have combined and processed the signals.
