I have a sturdy cymbal stand behind the case and hook the handle over that...

A K&M 28130 stand.
Rob is including these when you buy the system IIRC.
The stand is great and provide a good angle.

Awesome, I got my system off of this forum so I just ordered one of the k&m stands. Thanks!

I finally finished the first volume of my four album set, Bastard Science. Although this is intended as a composition project than a synth demo, I will tell you that the Hordijk is fairly prominently feautured on four of the tracks, and is the only intrument on one piece. I wonder if you can guess which they are? :)

Put in an order for a four panel standard system a couple of weeks ago - it's going to be a long 18 months :)

A cool little clock box to patch up to the Hordijk modular ... I was wanting something like this to give the Klee some courage also: https://handmadeelectronicinstruments.c ... nipulator/ :sb:

That looks really interesting, seems there may be enough space to drill it out and swap the 1/8 for 1/4 jacks.

I was thinking along the same lines. Maybe 2 holes for banana, and one for 1/4. Michael's work is super clean, minimalist and fun to play. I've got a few of his pieces. This will add some nice drunken clocking for sequencing / other. I ordered it last night / this morning just before posting here and it's already on its way. His passive matrix mixers are cool too. Lots of possibilities.

I am interested in that too, I guess you could request a version with 1/4" jacks? Sadly, importing stuff from the US to germany is too much of a pain in the ass for me these days!

I've never asked Michael to do a small customization like this, but he does have custom builds he has done for various folks up on his device archive page.

Has it become super complicated / expensive to import things into DE from the US? I've got no experience with that so far.

I'd like to give the Rucci 16 step sequencer a try some time as well.

The Rucci Clock Manipulator is a fun box. I tried feeding clock from the Lorre-Mill DK into it and back out to other, but failed somehow ... Same for a couple other clocks ... Rungler on the system etc ... I'll keep messing around with the clock input.

Although, the self clocking Rucci, clocking the DK and the Klee / Hordijk system (Rungler) was fun:

The Klee and Hordijk system are a super good time btw. :tu:
