nice! that's precisely the reason I'm looking into a MixPre6, I have an adequate audio interface but setting up the computer is a real mental roadblock.

^^lol (ou plutôt mdr)
very nice system indeed
Re: Show us your Bugbrand Set up
Oh, I like that. Lovely system and extra points for the Zarenbourg.
I'd really like to get som more Bug Brand (because is sounds better than most everything I have), but that is ACTIVE work... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah Zarenbourg is ace. I just love playing it. It also makes a great soundsystem for the Bug - has a stereo line in, 2 speakers and a fat woofer at the bottom
And here's a piece I just recorded with the Bug

Nice indeed - feels like a lovely memory hearing a full old-blue track.
Re: Show us your Bugbrand Set up
Finally got this set up for people to come play (testing residency waters) - 4 Frames plus a Soundcraft Sig12MTK (USB multitrack interface built in)
Re: Show us your Bugbrand Set up
4 frames just looks really pleasing. I swore I would stop at 3 but...
do I spy the forthcoming 1FW DC Mixer in there?

Re: Show us your Bugbrand Set up
That looks really sweet Tom, great idea considering starting a residency! ( + the quad sines!!!)
Re: Show us your Bugbrand Set up
QSine is an awesome module. I use the old blue in nearly all patches. For slow LFO's and sometimes for huge bass drum sounds. Less recently as I used a lot Orgone + Radio Music for drums, but the QSine is excellent for bass sounds too.
BTW Tom, the 3 frames system you posted in the Buchla forum also looks fantastic.

Re: Show us your Bugbrand Set up
so many great Bug setups here. I am relatively new to the bugs, but finally wanted to share a sunny shot of my compact little bug - nothin' to write home about but, I am loving it. (a PTDelay, matrix mixer and incoming DRM2 also add some stand-alone fun..)

Lots of fun with my new system.
Oh you got a Nickel, I got a Dime,
I'd like to get to know you but I haven't got the time,
You got to walk like a mannequin, roll like a tyre,
Act on reaction dodge the big spud fryer
