I've been using one since November to convert MIDI from my Cirklon to triggers for Eurorack drums with no problems. I haven't used it for volt/octave cv so can't comment on how well that works.

I'm sure there is another thread on it here somewhere so do a search for that.

That's cheaper than anything else and does more, plus it doesn't take up room in a case. Wish I had known about this earlier.

I think this thing is really great. I am sending MIDI from my MC-80 to a System-100M with the cv.ocd, allowing control of 2 voices, velocity to cv and midi clocking to triggers for the S&H of the 100M, all permitted by this device.

Have had one for about a month now and love it. It allows me to use my Novation Circuit as the main controller for my modular. The combination of the CV.OCD and Circuit is a big upgrade from the Beatstep I was using.

One thing I dont understand, I want to create a new config file with this settings but I can not find the "channel note pitch, gate and trigger" on the config page?

i honestly never have issues sending euro pulses to buchla. i've tested almost all of my trigger/gate sequencers/sources and they pretty much all work.

I just got one on Friday and I'm loving it! I just made this video which demonstrates a custom config I made that outputs three channels from the SoundPrism iOS app to my Eurorack modular. All sounds are from the modular synth. The app is only used as a MIDI controller. Best of all, it frees up 6HP in my cardboard skiff that I'm already planning to fill with the Ardcore expander!

cvocd is quality. I've had mine for awhile and never had any issues with it. I am on the waiting list for a banana split now
