Audio over USB, or analog out?

Which do you use and why? I know not all synths have audio over USB, but for the synth that do.

I'm using the S/PDIF outputs on my V-Synth. For everything else, I'm using the analog outs. I don't like running audio over USB; I use a Firewire computer interface.

I use overbridge for Analog Rytm mk i and it works pretty well. Sometimes the timing seems a bit wonky but in the next session, it's ok. I'd rather use analogue connections wherever possible but not giving up 8 inputs on my audio interface is quite an advantage.
