My girlfriend.
Finest EMS gear service and Music Easel/208 goodies

I'm not a synths dealer and I'm not aware of an inexpensive Synthi secret market, please don't ask me if I know one for sale.
I don't offer support of any kind to people attempting to build clones of EMS equipment.

The sound that a pencil makes when you whack it on the edge of a desk and pull it back to change the pitch of the vibration.

I have loved that sound for as long as I can remember. I probably cracked up the “lead” (carbon) core in a lot of pencils.

Making a Cuica out of my soft drink cup lid & straw. For some reason it doesn't work every time, so when it happens I commence with unbridled glee to irritate the shit out of everyone within hearing distance. Just my way of giving back to the community.

The sound of the probe droid in TESB. It’s my notification tone.
We don't want to conquer space at all. We want to expand Earth endlessly. We don't want other worlds; we want a mirror.

Ha and this. I haven’t opened a beerbottle in 20 years. But I really loved the sound of opening a Grolsch beugel.

In which case, just in case you didn't know, I will gift you the fun facts that the sound in question was created by David Vorhaus (of White Noise fame); and is from a Deutsche Grammofon recording of Strawinski's Rite of Spring.
