Right now, I am contenting myself with the combination of the ADDAC 805 with an Antimatter V3kt and they pair well together.
One small correction: an ADDAC 805.VS2

I'd love the ARP 2500 switch matrix to be cloned, along with the sequencer section.

SY22/85/TG33, but reface size.
You can have my TG33. ;)
If I didn’t already have the SY22 sitting in a closet I’d probably take you up on that.

Scanimate ought to be cloned, broken down into video modules.

I'd llke to see the Midiman MicroMixer return.
Image
As this was the first suggestion, and by the OP himself, I'd like to get back to it.
I have been looking for a small live mixer for years now - so far I'm using a Boss BX-16, and it has exactly the right connections and features for my needs - in fact I am using each and every jack in each and every live performance! Sometimes I run out of channels (lots of small toys used, and some of them have to be stereo), and so I have two DUDEs integrated as submixers.
But alas: the noise level is just a tad too high, and I'd love it to be even a bit smaller.
The Midiman mixer would be perfect if it had at least a rudimentary EQ onboard.
I can live without MIDI, USB or other modernistic features, but I'd be prepared to pay for them and never use them if that would make the new product more interesting for a greater number of folks. Another (maybe popular) addition would be a basic recording feature (USB, SD card) - but a tape output would be perfectly allright for me...

So my plead would be:
- a small mixer with (at least) the BX-16 features, including EQ
- higher fidelity, less noise
- cascadable (maybe a basic eight-channel version with more eight-channel modules to just click to the side)
- ideally two different chassis to choose from: metal and plastic (is weight or ruggedness your first concern?)

The first company I would ask about it would be Bastl, because they have the small-mixer experience and the modular experience.
If there's another Superbooth in the future, I'll be pestering them with this idea, be sure of that...

Cheers,
Bert

How about a Mackie LM 3204? You can find them used for a few hundred bucks.

Thanks for the hint!
I actually used to have one (after quite a search - they were surprisingly hard to find in Germany a few years ago) and liked it for studio use, but it's much too bulky to carry around for live use (I have to rely mostly on public transport).

cheers,
Bert

Ran across a demo using this today. Something that sounds as good with modernized UI would be SO good. Smaller footprint plz though haha.

Interesting news!

Speculation as to what it means so far.. It could also be Dave and Tom prepping to battle Uli on the UB-Xa, but I sure hope that there will be more Dave & Tom synths!

Would love to see clones of some 80s, 90s digital effect processors :D
Surely not the most sought after devices nowadays, but I simply love their sound
FS/FT (EU): Bastl Instruments Waver (230€), Ladik F-510 Synare VCF (70€) - open for offers :guinness:

For the fellow tape heads out there... I know it’s taking forever and feature creep is a bitch.. but the TE2 will be going live in 2021, I can feel it!
