Just seen Divkid's Video.
Interesting stuff and especially excited for Portland as I was just looking into Percussive Modules to build. I guess the 330£ are for the assembled module and Thonk kit prices arenˋt out yet?
Would love to also be able to just buy the PCB - as is possible with Brunswick.
Looking forward for a demo!

Thonk will probably put the PCB up for sale as well as the full kits after a few months - we're hoping it'll all go live on their website in May.

Almost a year later and Portland is out and kicking (for almost a year that is)! Thank you for this!
Are there any plans of also making a PCB-only option available or any channels of acquiring one?
Since Portland awesomely almost exclusively uses common parts it feels a bit wasteful or at least a bit less enjoyable to re-buy parts that already lie in parts bins by the dozens. Also I do all my own panels anyway for consistent looks.

I'm going to commandeer this to ask my own question, if that's ok...

I'm about to buy the desktop DIY kit from Thonk, but I notice the enclosure is out of stock. Any idea when this will be back in stock? If there a chance I can buy them together in the near future (say the next few weeks), I don't mind holding off.
I understand things are likely to be all up in the air at the moment, so no worries if you don't know!

you can build it and use it without the enclosure

touching the circuit introduces some nice noises!!!

as for checking availability - I would contact Thonk
Instagram

Utility modules are the inexpensive, dull polish that makes the expensive, shiny modules actually shine - and stops them tarnishing too!!!

Yeah, if I can't get an enclosure soon I was just going to build it without one =p

Thought it was worth a shot trying here but I will hit up Thonk and see if they know.
Cheers!
