ES-9 clock crackle

Post by squank » Fri Jan 03, 2020 8:21 pm

On a Mac 10.14.6 running DP I am getting a crackle recording thru the ES-9 after 45 seconds?!?!?
quit the app, run again, records fine for 45 seconds, then crackle.....

Is there a way I can't find to edit the clock settings for the es-9?

I am aggregating a MOTU 16A and the ES-9.....

Thanks

Have you enable Drift Correction on the one that is not the clock master?

OMG ok now I get it....

Expert Sleepers ES-9 audio setup with multiple interfaces

Plug everyone in
open Audio Midi set-up from Utilities Menu
hit (+) at the bottom of the Devices window
Add an Aggregate Device
In the configuration window, select the desires interfaces
Set the ES-9 to Drift Correction........

Have a great time without crackle!!
