Is there a way to generate a linear calibration file?

Post by megamaeng » Fri May 22, 2020 2:15 pm

Hi! Is there a generic pure v/oct calibration file available or one I can generate to use with the Silent Way Soundplane plugin?

The reason I ask is because for this particular use case, I'm not using an audio interface to output DC audio to a hardware oscillator. I'm hoping to output the audio from the soundplane plugin, route it within ableton to individual SW CV to Midi plugins to function as a OSC to midi converter.

Thanks!

There's the "create ESX-xCV calibration" button in the Voice Controller. Or you could create a calibration by hand - it's just a text file.

Surely there's an OSC to MIDI converter out there somewhere already?
