Hi Tony,

Its was the same mistake from the controller board.......resistor networks had pin1 inverted.

Manage to desolder both witout causing damage to the board or the resistor network, soldered them back and its all working how its meant too.

Thanks a lot for your support and for helping me out nail this one down....nearly gave up there!
