How to get my module repaired?

Post by Zerius » Thu May 16, 2019 12:34 pm

I purchased a brand new PH3 and played with it few weeks until today when it suddenly started to make some smog in my case.
Fortunately, I unplugged my case quickly enough and it's the only which has been damaged with a small 2hp intellijel mult (RIP).

I don't know the reason of that problem, all my other modules are safe and it's the first time that situation happen to me.

If I'm posting my issue on this sub forum is mainly to know how to get my PH3 repaired first, but if someone can also guide me on the reason I had this issue it would also be great

that's too bad. Contact IME and they will probably have you send it in for repair: support@industrialmusicelectronics.com
