But about #2 - I get you, but there were already pre-soldered capacitors (7V 10 16V) ...
So, the slot is already filled...
Was wandering if I should replace them...

The other two parts are electrolytic capacitors for the power portion. They are mounted on the board with the power socket on the side the power socket was soldered onto. They are polarized components so make sure you orient them correctly. See the photo in the guide at step 8.
