Does 1500mA per Rail means 750mA for 12v and 750mA for -12V ?

No. It means:

1500mA for 12v rail
1500mA for -12v rail

You can request installation of +5v busboards, which will then draw from your 12v rail.

Hi there, i'm super curious about this case's power supply. Is that small dual brick in the middle the PSU thats connecting to the 2 bus boards? and how small is it actually ?
the pic doesn't do a great job of showing that.

Can you post a better pic of the power system in these ?
if its that small and providing 1.5A per row. thats pretty cool! which begs the question of buying it separately from the case for custom jobs.

Agreed it isn't really clear on the pics. It does look like an internal PSU though. You might also want to also upgrade the bus boards to include the +5V adapter.
