I searched on Discogs for the Artist and thats the only record they made.
Its rereleased on small Planet record label.
Got the Record in the Bay.
Lovee this kind of early Experimental Music if someone can recommend me more stuff like this ?

It is tape manipulation by Bebe Barron. The tapes featured recordings of electronic circuits built by Louis Barron which were inspired by Wiener's book "Cybernetics".

Bebe Barron sped up and slowed down the tapes dramatically and used reverb etc. in the process of composing.

Nope. They did a couple of soundtracks. Look for the film Bells of Atlantis by Ian Hugo feat. Anais Nin for example.

This spoken word album feat. cybernetic music by the Barrons as well.
