Consistently good tracks all through? That is a tough one. One thing too many of the most revered popular artists' albums have in common - is a large proportion of turgid/forgettable filler tracks in amongst the hits. It was the way the industry worked - needed a B-side track that nobody would play on the radio to ensure the A-side would be the hit.
B sides that were better than the A would be a fun list to do - it did happen although never intentionally.

Anyway, reaching back into time...

The Crazy World of Arthur Brown. (1st)
The Doors (1st)
Yes - The Yes Album
Roxy Music (1st)
Curved Air - Air Conditioning.
Hawkwind - Space Ritual.
Can - Soon over Babaluma.
Gentle Giant - In a Glasshouse.
Van Der Graff Generator - Godbluff.
Gong - You!
Black Sabbath - Sabotage.
Television - Marquee Moon.
Talking Heads - Fear of Music
The Stranglers IV - Rattus Norwegicus
Siouxsie and the Banshees - The Scream
Ultravox - Systems of Romance
The Stranglers - Black & White.
The Human League - Reproduction.
Jon Foxx - Metamatic.
ZZ-Top - Eliminator.
....
bit of a gap around here for some reason
...
Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine
Tool - Undertow
Korn - Untouchables
System of a Down - Toxicity
Queens of the Stone Age - Songs for the Deaf.
God Speed you, Black Emperor - Yanqui UXO
...
everything after this, too soon to tell.

Surprised (although I probably shouldn't be) by how many of mine have already been mentioned. So here's the rest:

Captain Beefheart - Trout Mask Replica
Frank Zappa - Joe's Garage (or maybe Roxy)
Kate Bush - Hounds of Love
Penguin Cafe Orchestra - Signs of Life
3 Mustaphas 3 - Shopping
Peter Gabriel - 4 (or "Security" if you're stateside)

Still a few things left over in my list from the incredible albums already listed, I'm Surprised haven't popped up yet...

Brain Eno - Another Green World
Terry Riley - Music in C Mali (Africa Express) Better than Mali Music. Both D.A
4 Hero - 2 Pages/Parallel Universe
Coldcut - Let Us Play (JBDJ's is my fav but some one listed it
Tuneyards - Who Kill
Steve Reich - Original 1970's Music for 18 Musicians.
Plug - Drum & Bass for Papa (Luke Vibert)
Amon Tobin - Izam
Thomas Fehlmann - Melt
Schneider TM - Zoomer
Frank Zappa - Hot Rats
Kate Tempest - Let them eat chaos (Disappointing from a sound/music production angle but Kate's words could make any album decent for me.

I mean this rabbit hole could go on for a while, but this is what came to mind whist I should be working, I've prob missed loads of key albums from my perspective at least and tried to keep it more electronic...

Oh, must of missed that, I apologise.
Indeed it's totally brilliant. not my favourite but only because I couldn't pick a fav. I'm a relatively spineless and agnostic person like that.

With out doubt my fav Eno album, I think this made me really understand music as an art form in the truest sense and not just some pop trash to get drunk to on a Friday night...

Well Ok I'll subtract AGW and substitute it with Howie B - Turn the dark off then, seems fair...

...so I found two new ones, where it's impossible for me to choose the most bestest track because there are to many of them:

Neville Watson - Songs To Elevate Pure Hearts
Atom™ - HD
