Zoviet France Chasse box

Anybody else lucky enough to get one? I guess they are all new mixes and remastered albums. I have only listened to a few sides since getting mine. Beautiful packaging and great sounding! Going to really dig into it over the next few days and compare to the original mixes.

I managed to snag one. The quality of the whole thing is perfect....almost don’t want to touch it. I’m hoping we get another set covering the remaining ZF catalog.

that sounds great... now i finally get the chance to hear Shadow, thief... the only release i missed in my collection, without having to pay enormous sums for a single CD...

Really looking forward what additional material awaits at the collusion LP's, which is stretched to 4 LP's...

I'm hoping that the expanded version of "Gris" gets released on CD.

The box looks lovely, but I passed on it since I have all of the original vinyls, tapes, and CDs. But "Gris" is the only thing that hasn't been put on CD, and the version in the box has extra material.

I missed the box set, but I purchased the pack of LPs from Soundohm. They are way behind on shipping apparently, I hope they do ship eventually (I don’t have any experience with them and that’s a bad first sign in my book). There’s no box or T Shirt, which is probably for the best.

I just got the pack. As expected, some of the albums are unbelievable, and some are awful (basically the ones with chanting). A wonderful re-introduction to a band I first encountered on WRPI in the 1980s on an old Zenith tube radio.

I forgot to mention, when Soundohm ships they are super fast, as in overnight. So I’m pretty happy with them.

Also happy with Soundohm. The shipping was very fast once it was confirmed, though it took a while for them to get the boxes in stock after pre-orders. But I will go to them for the next one, definitely.

Getting a copy of "Shadow, Thief of the Sun" was actually the reason I joined eBay and the most I've ever spent or will spend on a CD.

For those in the US, Chris Freeman at Fusetron announced the second box on his site:

https://www.fusetronsound.com/

At the moment, I can't seem to find it, but I certainly did catch it at Fusetron - can't remember the exact release date for the second half of ZF's oeuvre, but the price was around US$350.
