questioning mr.Bills sound design maybe redundant?

hey there

my greatest inspiration in my music is mr Bills sound design:



i know it is too much to ask and very difficult to say but what would you say how did he made the sounds at: 04:40 - 06:25ca.

i mean the sometimes occurring downward arpeggiated mid-bassy synth line.

i think it has to do with the fast arpeggio by itself paired with a deep wobbly chorus? i know its software and he maybe used multiple tracks for the synth but maybe anyone got any hints? it just sounds so watery bubbling metallic well... i love it :hail: :bang:
